Submissions to ICPELR
ICPELR seeks to reflect the vibrant, intellectually stimulating atmosphere of the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. We invite article submissions through ExpressO, Scholastica, and email to ICPELR.firstname.lastname@example.org. We will consider articles concerning both international and domestic matters, pertaining to a variety of laws, ethical considerations, and policies.
We do not adhere to a strict word limit, however, we give preference to articles that are under 35,000 words. Generally, we will not publish case comments or book reviews in the print journal. Due to the high volume of quality submissions we receive, we are currently not able to consider student-submitted articles.
Submissions Timeline: We are now accepting submissions for Volume 2, our volume for the 2018–2019 academic year. The most active submissions periods, and thus the best times to submit your article, are during the peak Spring submissions period (February-April) and the Fall submissions period (August-September). Offers of publication are extended on a rolling basis during these periods. While we do monitor submissions throughout the year, we usually complete the article-selection process for a given volume during the Fall submissions period.
